Cheap for a family of 5, but far from main road! We can do better

The pool is clean, cheap for a family of 5. Room is clean, gladly the villas did not smell like sewerage! At least the shower is separated by a shower curtain! That is what I always look for, cos its just not nice to have a wet toilet seat after a shower! Haha

Rough, rocky road away from the main street, our van from El Nido dropped us. You need a tricycle to get out from the vila so on the night we ate dinner at their restaurant but there are a lot of these near the main road. WE also have to ask for tissue paper, they probably just forgot. No airport transfer but yeah there are tuk tuk waiting for passengers right outside the accomodation.

Also in the morning when we take our breakfast one vendor selling us bracelets i try to help to buy but over pricing x5 price from el nido the bad thong is the front desk they heard the negotiations and price but did mot advice which is mot hood for tourism industry im filipino immigrant and back to the country to relax and vacation which we work hard of our money for 15 years same problem taking advantage to OFW and balikbayans and tourists . Philippines is fun but everyone want to steal your hardwork incone from airport port to taxi to tricycle to vendor seller.i hope the Gen Z five years from now our tourism will improve no more self pitty and grabbing

3 nights at the Blue Lagoon

Lovely looking hotel, great pool, great looking restaurant, great ambiance, so close to the airport too, brilliant staff who went out of their way to help. I loved chilling in the pool at dusk watching the giant bats fly over head.

Being a Yorkshireman, I had hoped they'd have a kettle so I could make a cup of tea, room was smaller than I was expecting too.

Convenient and good!

Very close to the airport and a nice and quiet location. The pool is great for kids (and adults). Restaurant is pretty good for all meals. They can organize tours for you, I recommend booking the underground river tour with them where you can also engage in caving and zip line, very cool!

The rooms are ok, only a bit old furniture. The fridge didn’t work in our room but we didn’t need it so didn’t ask.

We stayed in 8 hotels …my family and I ranked this hotel the lowest of all

The road leading to the main highway is BAD!!! I wouldn’t let my kids or my mom walk on it because the condition was so unsafe. Even the tricycles had a hard time going through it….definitely not a good sign Cash only…very inconvenient especially since our three day stay totaled to almost $700 USD. I had to keep taking out pesos to pay for the amount. Also, they miscalculated my total by 138 php and had to go back and pay them. Thankfully we returned to PP from El Nido otherwise I would’ve had to hassle through the bank transfers and accounts they provided for 138 php. :( I basically paid a tricycle that amount to physically pay them in person. Overpriced tours…I would suggest purchasing it somewhere else. According to the written house rules, they were supposed to clean the rooms if there is Do Not Disturb sign. There was no sign and the lady said I was still supposed to ask to get it cleaned. Very confusing

The staff were very helpful. Location is 10minute walk from the city Centre, so well away from all the noise. Lovely restaurant proper restaurants near by.

nice location. but need a bit of strict rule. renovation a bit of facilities please.

I like the staff very friendly and helpful. food are great. room is clean. i love the rattan furniture in the restaurant or bar. very relaxing.

theres some people outside downstairs guest or people drinking with the child at night time. i wasnt sure How i could react. it doesnt bothered me but I was concerned about the child with too many mens drinking around that child.

It’s not the best hotel to stay in for comfort. It sucked big time.

Pool was good and kept clean. My friends had a great time. It is also close to the airport and the Pasalubong center where the goods are at lower prices.

Absence of mosquitoes would have been nice. I couldn’t stay at the pool without getting bitten. Also they didn’t accept credit cards and I had to pay cash for our rooms. We also had to eat out all the time because they only take cash. Very inconvenient. They were also short on staff and my friends had to clean the rooms themselves. If you stay at this hotel, better be ready to dish out some serious cash.
